Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use—or inability to use—the Extension or the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Content

Thumbnails are generated from videos hosted on third-party platforms. All underlying video content remains the property of its respective owners. We neither endorse nor control any third-party sites and are not responsible for their content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension or the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available on the Site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
